The concept of the handle in this design originated from a family member falling whilst walking the dog. The concern of potentially letting the dog go and adding to the worries prompted the development of the Don’t Let Go Lead. This lead design underwent extensive testing over a significant period. Interestingly, the handle design was initially created for another customer seeking a secure handle that reduces reliance on hand strength and dexterity. This feature proves advantageous for individuals with arthritic hands or any condition limiting hand mobility.
While the swivel function of the carabiner is sacrificed, we firmly believe that the superior quality of the carabiner and the safety it provides surpasses this trade-off.

Hi Sarah,
Just a quick line to say a massive thanks for the leads etc. They are truly the best dogs leads we have ever had for any of our dogs. The quality is the best I have ever seen (and I have looked at loads of dogs kit and owned it over the years) We will soon be ordering another one of the anti theft leads the same as we have and also we will be spreading the word and coming back to you when more kit is required. It gives us massive peace of mind as well because we know our dogs are safe, they mean the world to us so this is also really important.

Absolutely delighted with these leads. I didn’t buy them for their anti theft properties but for the security of the carabiner as I’ve had trigger leads fail in the past and the auto tightening handle which allows me to concentrate on the dog without worrying about the lead slipping off my hand when I’m dealing with poo etc. Very strong and very durable. Sarah kindly made me a custom one at 90cm for my wife who prefers to keep the dog on a shorter lead.
I’m so pleased with the two I bought that I’ve ordered another 2 in longer lengths to use when training.
