All UK postcodes are despatched by Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland

Sorry, but we no longer deliver to Republic of Ireland. Northern Ireland deliveries with a UK postcode are dealt with in the same manner as mainland UK.

European & Worldwide orders

Bespoke Orders

As I get busier, more and more people are requesting bespoke items. These may take up to 5 working days to complete. Where measurements are needed please be sure that your measurements are correct.

Remember all products are made from scratch by hand, hence a possible delay during busy periods.

Please be sure to put ‘safe place’ leaving instructions on your additional comments (at the checkout) if you are not going to be in otherwise delays will be experienced. Please also leave your mobile number, not landline for delivery notifications.

Courier / Royal Mail Special Delivery

Although the *delivery* is next day etc, this is AFTER your order has been (hand) made, so if you order for example on a Monday after our post has been collected, it should not be expected the next day. In this example, let’s assume your order is ready to be despatched Tuesday, it will be delivered as per the service purchased.

Tracking information is always automatically sent and you should check your email and/or text messages.

Delivery charge

The cost of delivery reflects the total overheads incurred as a result of using a postal or courier service (in this case bags, labels, paper and time etc).

No claims for loss can be made before 15 days have passed with Royal Mail. This means no replacements can be sent before this date if sent (lost) by Royal Mail.

If you would like a more accurate idea of the expected delivery time, then please give me a ring or email me and if your order is required by a certain date, this must be stated on the actual order, not at a later date please. Unfortunately, no guarantees can be given even if you upgrade to a courier during the current climate.
